Terms And Conditions
TERMS & CONDITIONS:
- Room rates are inclusive of 3.5% Municipality Fee and 10% Service Charge and apply for the above request only. Tourism Dirham charges are AED 20 per bedroom for Park Hotel Apartments, upto maximum of 30 consecutive nights.
- 5% VAT will be included in rates.
- The rates offered in this proposal are applied for the dates mentioned above. Arrival and departure dates falling before or after the above mentioned dates will be subject to availability and will be charged at the best available rate.
- In case of an early check-out, 25% of remaining balance will be charged as early departure fees.
- Lunch and/or Dinner supplement is additional AED 40/- net per person per meal.
- Please note that our check-in time is 2:00 pm and check-out time is at 12:00 noon. Early check-in from 9:00 am onwards can be provided, however, is subject to availability. Check-in time earlier than 9:00 am should be booked from the previous day.
- Check-out until 6:00 pm shall be subject to 50% of the total daily room rate.
- Check-out after 6:00 pm shall be subject to a one night room rate.
- The above rate is applied if paid in advance for all duration of stay.
- Room preferences are subject to hotel availability.
- Extension of stay is subject to availability and applicable rates.
Please note that all guests are required to present a valid ID upon check-in, accepted ID's are original passport and/or UAE National ID
