Q: What is the currency we are using in Dubai?
A: UAE Dirham is the official currency. AED 3.67 = 1 USD, exchange rate varies day to day. Please inquire with our reception about the latest exchange rates.
Q: Is there any special restriction during Ramadan in Dubai?
A: Yes, during Ramadan fasting is a common local Muslims culture. However for tourists travelling in Dubai as per Dubai's Law, you have to avoid drinking / eating in the public areas. Many food outlets including our hotel restaurants are open and serving behind curtains as per the law.

Q: Does hotel have free shuttle bus? What is the timing?
A: Yes we do have free shuttle bus service to selected destinations. You can download the schedule here.
Q: Can the hotel apply the visa for me?
A: Unfortunately we don't provide this service for individual guest in our hotel.
Q: Can the hotel arrange airport pick up / drop off? How much is it?
A: Yes. Our free airport shuttle service is available 24 hours / every 20 minutes from Terminal 3 at Emirates counter. Our hotel representative is available at the counter to assist you located in the exit hall. If you are arriving at terminal 1, there are airport shuttles between the terminals that you can use free of cost to reach terminal 3.
If you would like to arrange a private pick up, this is chargeable at AED 150 per car per way. 24 hours advance booking is required for this service.
Q: Does the hotel have parking spaces free of charge for guests?
A: Yes we have free of charge parking for all our in-house guests.
Q: What payment methods does the hotel accept?
A: Cash. We also accept all major credit cards like Visa, MasterCard and Amex. Bank transfers are also accepted for international client however all monies should be transferred into our bank account prior to check in.
Q: Does hotel have travel desk?

Q: Is there ATM in hotel?
A: We do not have an ATM in the hotel however there is one available at Al Jadaf Metro station which is five minutes away.
