All room packages are inclusive of shuttle bus services going to and from Dubai Mall / Burj Khalifa and La Mer Beach at scheduled timings. We also offer frequent drop/pickups to Al Jadaf metro station and drop to/ pickup from all Dubai Airport Terminals will be chargeable. 

We do not have shuttle service to Al Maktoum Airport at the moment.

Please see below airport pick up /drop off option for your information. It is on chargeable basis.

Option One -- Minivan: 7 persons maximum (including adults & children) 5 pieces of luggage maximum.
Option Two -- Minivan: 10 persons maximum (including adults & children) 10 pieces of luggage maximum.
Option Three -- Bus: 33 persons and 33 pieces of luggage maximum (for groups).

Pick up from all Dubai Airport Terminals are chargeable at AED 150 per way per car & Drop off to all Dubai Airport Terminals are chargeable at AED 25 per room.

If you would like to reserve a pick up & drop off service, please share with us your flight details to our Reservation team / Reception 3 days in advance.

  10 currencies (US. dollars/Euro/Australia Dollars/Oman Riyals/Japanese Yen, Etc.) can be exchanged at our reception. For exchange rate please inquire at our reception.

  Nearest ATM machine is located in Al Jadaf metro station which you can easily approach by shuttle bus.
